Bluedrop prides itself on a culture of transparency, openness and innovation. Our building in St. John’s is a reflection of Bluedrop’s philosophy of being innovative, employee oriented and not afraid to be authentic. Converted from a former meat packaging plant, the head office is a unique piece of architecture with an open stairwell wrapping around a 10-metre-high birch tree and a rooftop garden that overlooks the harbour. It is a place where the best of the best are drawn to work, and an atmosphere in which talent can flourish.
Bluedrop Performance Learning (BPL) is headquartered in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador and has employees spread across Canada, Europe, and the US. The headquarters itself was originally a meat packing plant from 1896 that Founder and CEO, Emad Rizkalla, saved from the wrecking ball by asking a prominent Barcelona architect to give it new life. The building now boasts one of the best views of the harbor and overlooks the oldest city in North America.
